Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov is the youngest child of two, and was born in Manhattan. Her career began at the age of 10 as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with seven grade students. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She was a student of a range of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company is the place where she learned.
