The children were sleeping in the crib and I was strapped in with one of them on my back. Ha! The house was getting closer to finishing, but it was still a long distance to go. They had mainly visited my house at the open houses that were held for furniture. While I was working I added new customers to my client list one by one. It wasn't too that long before I was managing many clients and operated a successful home remodeling business. Had you told me my venture would end up being an idea for the DIY Network show, I would probably have laughed. Actually I still kind of smile when I think about it.
