Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on January 30, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. The family relocated from Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. His father, who was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district in Casper.
